Refund Policy

At VZCEK Creative Agency, we value your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of creative services, our refund policy is as follows:

 

Services

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed (determined at our discretion).

• If VZCEK is unable to deliver the agreed services, a full or partial refund will be provided.

 

Digital Products (if applicable)

• Digital downloads (eBooks, templates, presets, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

• Exceptions may apply if the file is defective or inaccessible.
